In the week of 07 to 12 of April, the 4 stars Hotels Residence, placed in Bucharest and on the Côte d'Azur, hosts in the three locations from the capital of Romania, two of the best French chefs : Robert Bruzzese and Ney Gilles. Because the French food is considered to be one of the most diverse, refined and healthy in the world, the 2 chefs wish to invite all the pretentious gourmet lovers to taste the only food that can seduce you, a special and different savoury every day.

Robert Bruzzese is recommended by his 6 years experience in the entire Europe – culinary art, recipes and tastes accumulated during his trips in Switzerland , England and Corsica . He is also known as the author of a cooking book, dedicated to his students and to all those that wish to know more about this domain, called “European gastronomy” (“ L'Europe : Connaissances en gastronomie” ).

Ney Gilles is specialised in pastry and sweets, having more than 15 years of experience in France . Both of them work at this time at a catering school in Toulon , studying, together with the students there, all the fascinating secrets of the French culinary art.

The two chefs activate at a renowned school in Nice, and the plateaus that they prepare are more than delicious.
